1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Standard Dispatch: We normally dispatch all orders within 0 to 3 working days of receiving the order.
Order Modification: We only allow order modifications within 2 hours of payment. If you need to change anything, please contact us immediately through the website or email us at truecinemastore@gmail.com.

2. Shipping Within India

We deliver products all over India using trusted logistics partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other established courier services depending on your destination.

Delivery Timeline: It usually takes about 1 to 6 days for the product to reach your doorstep, depending on your geographic location.
Delivery Hours: Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday to Sunday).
Express Shipping: If you require urgent air shipping, additional Express Shipping charges will apply.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders!

Origin: Your items are shipped directly from our multiple factories located in India.
United States Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. We partner with FedEx and DHL Express for international shipping, which typically takes 3–5 business days (extends to 2–7 business days during peak seasons).

⚠️ Custom Duties & Taxes: Custom duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in our product prices. These charges are the sole responsibility of the shopper, as every country has different custom laws and taxation policies.

4. Important Shipping Conditions & Guidelines

Multiple Packages: For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping.
Mandatory Customer Details: To ensure flawless delivery, customers must provide accurate shipping details. This includes your Proper Name, Full Address (City, State, Country, Postal Code), Landmarks (if any), and a Working Telephone Number (along with an alternate number).
Non-Availability at Delivery: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, or you can pick it up from their local office.
Office Addresses: If you provide an office address, please note that due to security reasons, packages might be left at the security desk. Please check with your building's security team.
Holiday Shipping: We appreciate you shopping during holidays! While we make every effort to ship goods during public holidays, we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries on these days. We request our customers to plan their shopping in advance to avoid delays.

5. Delays & Liability Disclaimer

While most packages arrive well within the estimated timeline, there are certain circumstances out of our control (such as natural disasters, extreme weather, public holidays, or carrier backlogs) that may cause delays.

We do not guarantee exact delivery times.
True Cinema is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen time lags from the courier companies, or if the customer is not available to receive the parcel. Once shipped, delivery issues become the responsibility of the respective shipping company.

6. Shipping Charges

Currently, there is No Shipping Fee unless stated otherwise on the website.
Any applicable shipping charges (like express delivery) will either be explicitly shown on the site or intimated to the customer at the time of placing the order.
